Required Training - no longer includes Checkpoints??

Anyone else notice that if you select the filter for REQUIRED training to Yes within the Transcript area of Analytics it no longer includes Checkpoints?  We used this report, filtered for required trainings, to monitor the # of learnable items we are assigning in a 60 day time period but just today our reports broke as Checkpoints no longer appear to be included if you filter "required".
