    Kay W,

    Hey Jason,

I no longer see the oh snap error, this was fixed about two weeks ago however, I am still unable to access my course. It’s being going on 2 months. Try contacting AICPA to open a ticket with them so that they are aware and have records of your issue incase you program expired before you are able to complete it,

Hey Kay and Stephanie - I told AICPA and they said they are aware of the issue and are working on it.

    Kay W,

Hello, I am posting just in case anyone else come across this same issue. The following response is from AICPA

“ I advise that the AICPA has been working to migrate our learning content and the past CPE history for all users to the new Bridge Learning Management System (LMS) for the past month.

At present, certificate programs purchased prior to January 2022 are currently being migrated to the new Bridge LMS and we will reach out to you once more when we receive confirmation that it is now available to you.

We expect this to be completed within the next 5 - 7 business days. ”

I hope that will help. Follow the link Stephanie posted and reach out to AICPA for additional assistance.

Is this still a site-wide issue?  I am having the same exact "Oh, snap!  Sorry, something went wrong" issue, and I've been having it for a couple of months.  What's the fix?

Hey, Fredrick Schuler + Kyle Bollinger! I'm going to echo Kay and add that if you can open a ticket with AICPA, that is a great first step. Info is here if you don't already have access to it: https://www.aicpa-cima.com/help.

Of course, we will do whatever we can to help, so please let us know if you have continued access issues.
