oh snap error on my dashboard

Hi,

I have been getting the Oh Snap error on my dashboard from last 3 days. I tried contacting the support from Aicpa through chat and they couldn't help resolve it.

Can the concerned person help me out with the same.

  Hi Stephanie,

  I did talk to them. They are not able to help me in any way. What else can I do? I am in the middle of the course and it is ending sooner. I need to finish it as I already paid for it.
