Can’t get help with User/Password

I recently changed my phone number and have a new device, in which I installed Bridge App BUT CAN'T REMEMBER USER/PASSWORD. I can’t find the way to get USER or reset PASSWORD. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks a lot.
