Assigning Programs and Courses - How to be sure they are taken in order?
Is there a way to have courses and programs taken in a certain order (ie, Programs first)? We have courses that are assigned to individuals based on their titles, but dependent upon their tenure within the industry we also assign them an appropriate Program. We would prefer them to go into the Program first as it could contain many of the individual courses. Has anyone found a workaround for this type of scenario?
As of right now, when a new hire starts there is just a jumbled mess of both courses and programs assigned to them in no particular order.

Hey, Amy Canty! Have you tried out Journeys? They are designed to deliver content to learners after completing previous steps or in a certain timeframe (they can also be open to take in any order). You can put courses, Live Training, Programs, checkpoints, and other Journeys into Journeys. We have some best practices here.
