Feature Release Announcement: Recognition

Bridge believes that continuous feedback is critical to employee development. The new Recognition feature in Bridge Perform allows employees to provide one another informal written feedback at any time. 


Key Functionality: 

  • When giving recognition, employees can choose between a private post and a public post. The default setting is public.
  • Employees can choose to recognize multiple people in the same post 
  • Employees can engage with one another by commenting on posts 
  • Administrators can delete posts 

Recognition is currently available as an open beta. To enable the feature, administrators can go into account settings and select the ‘beta’ tab. Here administrators will have the ability to toggle on any of the currently available open beta features, including Recognition. 


Once administrators enable the Recognition open beta, all users will see Recognition in the ‘company’ menu in Bridge Perform. 


Used in conjunction with Skills Feedback and Start/Stop/Continue Feedback, the new Recognition feature allows organizations to continuously connect and develop their people. 

Note: Recognition is currently only available for Bridge Perform customers.
