Announcing Journey to Employees

Wondering if anyone has done any marketing and/or email blasts to employees to announce a new Journey/Program. We have a big enrollment happening next month, and we won't to start getting people excited for it, as well as to inform them of the process.

Looking for any ideas, email templates etc. if you are willing to share?
