Program not showing all courses published Answered

Hi all,

I have published 8 courses and added them to the one program, however it is not displaying all 8 courses when I enter the program.

I have replicated the same method with other programs successfully, but for some reason this is not working for me.

In settings, it shows 8 courses (steps), but when I enter the program as a learner it shows only 1 step (course).  See attached for images that reference the issue I am facing.

Appreciate any help anyone

Thanks for replying Adam Williams. I've checked all of your suggestions and no duplication of programs, and freshly enrolled participants also cannot locate the remaining courses. I ended up re-uploading the SCORM file for each course, and it still didn't work, so then resorted to deleting the program, and creating a new one, and re-uploading the same courses and it worked. Bizarre!

I'm glad you got it working! I asked around and I was able to learn that every once in awhile changes may fail to publish. I'm not sure if you encountered this or not but if it ever happens again be sure to let us know and thanks for sharing what ended up working for you.

    Hello,

On a similar note, we've been working with support on an issue with a recurring program. There are four courses and course expires every 365 days. For some reason, two of the courses have not unlocked as expected when the learner completes the required course above it. Support indicated that it's a bug of some sort, but they have been fast to help get it corrected.

Hey, Jessie Dierickx welcome to the new Community! It does appear from those screenshots that you have a program with a single step for the learner and a program with at least 4 published courses in it so this does seem odd. Maybe there's something going on with just that learner's view of the program? Does it happen to another learner freshly enrolled in the program? Maybe there are two programs with identical names? You could check that by looking at the URL for the program. Maybe someone else will have other ideas too. Let us know if you figure anything out!
