Drivers

We have encouraged all our employees to complete their Drivers and enter them into Bridge. Now we want to analyze the data for common Drivers across the company/departments/career levels/etc. This information will be very useful as we support career planning, explore possible benefits and more. I am looking for a way to download/export Drivers from Career Vision. Aside from masquerading as each person one at a time, I cannot find a way to locate this information. Any suggestions? Thanks.
