We have encouraged all our employees to complete their Drivers and enter them into Bridge. Now we want to analyze the data for common Drivers across the company/departments/career levels/etc. This information will be very useful as we support career planning, explore possible benefits and more. I am looking for a way to download/export the Drivers from Career Vision. Aside from masquerading as each person one at a time, I cannot find a way to locate this information. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  Hi, Katherine Taylor. I'm not aware of anything available at the moment for this but I am checking around. Maybe someone else in the Community will have an idea as well. It is a good question, you're definitely not the only one curious about this so thanks for asking!

  Katherine Taylor, I just heard that your CSM might be able to provide you with some Career Driver data from your organization. Try reaching out to them and see what they can do for you.
