Allow Continuing through Programs w/o jumping out to home page

I've had a comment from a supervisor that it would be nice if there was a way to go right on to the next course within a program than jumping out of the course in the program and going to the program home page. Kinda nit-picky, but I see the logic -- if we have access to a button that says "Go to the next step in the program" that would be helpful!

  Hi Emily,

  I think the reason for this behavior is because the Program is really just taking you out to individual courses. They just "appear" to be in the Program, but it links out to the existing course.

  I'm not sure if this is in the works, but we had a meeting with our CSM yesterday and there are going to be some enhancements to Programs soon. They are planning to create a sort of Program within a Program feature (Journey). Maybe this will be addressed.

  We are putting a link to the next course at the end of the first course to keep the flow going.
