I want to stop receiving annoying lawgix emails.
They do not provide any way to unsubscribe as required by law.
None of your organizations provide an easy way to unsubscribe-Lawgix, Bridge or Instructure.
Your activities are illegal.

Take me off your email chains. If you try to try to pin this on any other folks, I will follow-up with legal action. I have time now.

Hi, Scott.
Bridge and Instructure comply with all relevant laws and regulations. The CAN-SPAM Act you cited specifically states that “[I]t covers all commercial messages, which the law defines as “any electronic mail message the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service,” Notifications from Bridge do not fall within that category.
You are receiving notifications from Lawgix via Bridge because you have been enrolled in a learning item which you have not completed. Presumably, you initiated this request for enrollment with Lawgix. If you complete the learning item you will stop receiving this notification. Additionally, if you do not wish to receive any notifications from Lawgix via Bridge, you may contact Lawgix directly to make this request.
