Space for Private Admin Notes in Course Set-Up

I wish I that the course set-ups would include a box for private Admin notes.  There is space for notes that appear for Learners, but I'm hoping for a private notes area just for Admins, to help us keep track of details related to the courses, such as the names of internal partners who are not necessarily the Instructors.  This would be helpful in both live sessions and e-learning course set-ups, and it would be especially great if we could search Bridge for the content we input in those notes boxes.

    Hi Heidi,

    That's an interesting idea. The only think I can think of is if you were to use some sort of tagging system. It might not work exactly how you need it, but you could create a document outside of Bridge to cross reference certain tags with notes.

    You will probably want to add this as a feature request as well. To get to the new feature request tool, click the helpful resources link (?) in the global navigation and you should be able to find it from there. I recommend telling it to send you a copy of your response so you have a record of your submission because Bridge doesn't reach back out to you directly after a request. You should also follow up with your CSM.

    Thank you so much, Amy.  That's exactly what I'm doing ... creating a tag.  But I'd like to write more.  Thanks for the suggestion to submit it as an idea within Bridge (?).

    I actually came across a need for this myself a couple of days ago and I have submitted the request as well! Hopefully we'll get power in numbers!
