Quiz not displaying answers

I am trying to take the UDAAP: An Overview (New Hire) and it says ive scored 38% but i have not taken this one yet.

When i try to retake the test it shows the question, but no answers, and then just the submit button.

 

Please help :)

  Hi Emily,

  You will need to reach out to your local Bridge admin to find out what is going on with a specific course within your instance. If you aren't sure who that is, you may be able to contact Bridge support directly.
