Past Due Assignments - incorrect reminders
Former manager is getting past due reminders for someone who is now on another team. All user information seems accurate to the new team and the user is not listed under the old manager's team. Why still the past due notices?

Hi there,
Is the enrollment still due? I would check the enrollment on the course first. This is a common issue for my organization as we have a significant amount of job specific training. Folks will change teams, but an admin needs to go in and remove the person from the enrollment from their old team.
Less often, I run into issues where the learner's information got partially updated in the system and something is still triggering enrollments from their old team based on Smart Group settings. I would recommend checking the user's profile, but it sounds like you've done that.
If none of the above identifies the cause and stops the notifications, then open up a Support ticket. Inside Bridge just click on the ? icon in the bottom left corner to do this. It's very rare, but over the years we've used Bridge we've seen a couple bugs where we had to enlist support to help with stopping a past due notification.
