Delaying Notifications

How do you delay the email notifications? I have tried turning off notifications, then adding new users & also existing users to courses, by turning off they don't receive the emails - but I was hoping that when I turned them back on again that they would receive them...

I want to do this as I need to add new users and add relevant courses and programs to them, but then for them not to receive the notifications for these until the launch date, any ideas?

  You are correct in that email notifications are off or on. To my knowledge there's no way to delay them. What's cool about the notifications though is that once they're on, they will automate some weekly reports. This means that even if your learners don't get every single notification for all the items you are setting up for them, they will still get a weekly summary message. Here is a list of all the email notifications that Bridge sends.
