Upcoming Bridge Maintenance: SCORM Upgrade

Hi Admins, 

We'll be performing maintenance on your Bridge instance on October 30-31, see below for specific times for your region. The purpose of this maintenance is to complete an upgrade of our SCORM platform. During this maintenance event, your users will not be able to interact with SCORM course content for up to 2 hours. 

US Region: Date changed to Sunday, November 8 at 9:00 AM MT (3:00 PM UTC)

If you currently whitelist the domains responsible for serving SCORM course content in Bridge, you will need to update the whitelisted domains to include: 

• cmh-scorm.bridgeops.net
• d2gl6e1c8ci120.cloudfront.net

EMEA (DUB): Friday, October 30 at 11:00 PM BST (10:00 PM UTC)

If you currently whitelist the domains responsible for serving SCORM course content in Bridge, you will need to update the whitelisted domains to include: 

• dub-scorm.bridgeops.net
• dnd8iefeiyxb8.cloudfront.net

APAC (SYD): Saturday, October 31 at 9:00 AM AEDT (October 30 at 10:00 PM UTC).

If you currently whitelist the domains responsible for serving SCORM course content in Bridge, you will need to update the whitelisted domains to include: 

• syd-scorm.bridgeops.net
• d1jsi643kulgko.cloudfront.net
