Analytics Improvements!

Hello!

We continue to hear positive feedback from many of you about how Analytics has helped you improve your Bridge experience. We love it! 

We’ve also received some excellent feedback on ways we can continue to improve this tool. With that said, we wanted to let you know we’ve made some improvements based on that feedback. You can view the video below or read through the list to learn more.

• Filtered custom fields are now available in the Transcript table for view, download, and scheduling. Whenever a user selects the custom field filter in the Analytics Transcript, columns containing the filtered values will be added to the Transcript Data Table (shown below) 

• We built a Provisioned Users Widget in the Usage Metrics Dashboard. The widget shows non-deleted users that a certain customer has had month by month in the filtered time range. If a user is created on any day of a month, it will count as one in that month. Users will not count to a month if they have been deleted during the whole month.

• We added new fields to the Transcript (Program ID and Learnable ID)
• We removed the 500 row limit from dashboard schedules and removed the view look feature to decrease complexity and enhance user experience. 
• Locked program items are no longer in reports to ensure better representation of actionable learning items reports.
