    Katie,

    We are also using Bridge for training for our customer service representatives. In the past, it has not been used effectively or accurately which is why they hired me. I am now the instructional designer and am also taking over Bridge admin roles since it appears that no one really knew what to do with it. Our training is a work in progress and EVERYTHING is under re-development. Felicia
