Anybody else doing call center training?

Hi!  We're interested in seeing if there are any other organizations out there using Bridge for training in call centers, and if so, if you'd be interested in sharing with us how you're using Bridge.  (We'll share back with you!)

    Katie,

    We are also using Bridge for training for our customer service representatives. In the past, it has not been used effectively or accurately which is why they hired me. I am now the instructional designer and am also taking over Bridge admin roles since it appears that no one really knew what to do with it. Our training is a work in progress and EVERYTHING is under re-development. Felicia
