Hello

I've just inherited Bridge. I was wondering whether it's possible to create checkboxes on user profiles and then create Smart Groups based on whether those checkboxes are ticked or not?

E.g. If we wanted learning to be assigned to everyone who did not have 'Parental Leave' field ticked on their profile; we could add the criteria 'Parental Leave - is equal to - No' as part of our Group configuration.

    You may need to create Parental leave as a custom field in your HRIS.  From that point you can create a smart group attribute to be selected once the HRIS is imported into Bridge.
