We've got an Orientation Program where most of the courses are completed once only. The Orientation Program is set for 30 days from the date of enrolment. Strictly speaking, these courses would not be overdue for 30 days, but clearly, they need to be completed earlier as the entire program (quite comprehensive in terms of investment of time) must be completed within the first month of employment. What would you recommend these once-off courses should be set to?
We also have 4x mandatory courses within this program that need to be completed annually (staff are auto-reenrolled) and this requires a 30-day enrolment (policy-based). If your recommendation is a shorter timeframe for the abovementioned courses, how will this impact the Program?
