Learn Insights Retirement Date: July 21, 2022
We are excited to announce that we have reached feature parity with Learn Analytics and are now retiring Learn Insights.
As we make the switch from Learn Insights to Learn Analytics, we’d like to point out some of the advanced features that Analytics brings.
Analytics will show you all the information you are used to seeing in Insights but with advanced filtering options. Familiar items such as team completion rate, overdue learners, learner progress and compliance (required items) are all easily viewable in Analytics with more filters to drill down on exactly what you need.
In addition, Analytics allows you to set alerts to effectively monitor items that go beyond standards that you stipulate.
Analytics allows you to schedule reports that can be delivered in multiple formats at specified time intervals to recipients you choose. Analytics provides you with summary level and detailed reports at the learner, learning item, and team level.
Bridge is dedicated to creating easy-to-use features that won’t take up all of your time to learn, which is why Learn Analytics is even more convenient and intuitive than Learn Insights, so you’ll pick it up almost immediately.
INSTRUCTIONS
How to get overdue enrollments and learners:
https://public.us.getbridge.video/player/medium/2092187348275041506
If you’re looking for overdue enrollments or overdue learners, just go to: ‘Analytics’ > ‘Overview Dashboard’.
You’ll see a pie chart labeled ‘learning status’. Click on the part of the pie chart that says ‘overdue’ and a list will appear with all of the overdue enrollments. From here you can download the data in many different formats.
If you’re looking to view overdue learners, you’ll find the number of overdue learners directly to the right of the pie chart. Click on the number and a list will appear with all of the overdue learners.
From here you can also set up alerts. Click the bell icon in the top right corner of the widget that you would like to set up an alert for. Enter a number and you will be notified via email when your overdue enrollments and/or learners have exceeded that number.
How to look into the details:

If you’d like to get a detailed report on the learning results of a certain group, simply use the manager group name or group name filter at the top of the analytics dashboard. Clicking on the sections of the pie chart will give you detailed data on enrollments.
If you’re looking for an even more detailed view of learning results, go to the transcript dashboard. Here you can use the same filters, or any other filters, to get a comprehensive list of enrollments in your courses, live trainings, checkpoints and programs. Here you can also filter by custom fields.
How to schedule, send and export: https://public.us.getbridge.video/player/medium/2092187836408141061
There are two ways to share data from Bridge Analytics.
First you can go to the top right corner of any of the analytics dashboard and select “schedule delivery”. Here you have recurrence options and destination options, including Email, webhooks, Amazon S3 and SFTP. You can also change the format from PDF to CSV or PNG.
The second option is to download the data from any of the widgets by navigating to the top right corner of any of the individual widgets in even more formats. Make sure to select ‘all results’ in the ‘number of rows to include’ section if you have a large data set.
How to look into user engagement: (only admins)

If you’re interested in seeing engagement throughout Bridge, go to the “Analytics” menu and select “Usage Metrics”.
Monthly unique users is an important metric to follow as it shows how many of your employees are engaged. If you’re looking to see the overall number of logins, see the chart directly to the right. The Provisioned Users widget allows you to compare all users to the number of unique users in the system.
NOTE: This feature is only available to admins.
