Skills Feedback in Performance Evaluations
We've been going through performance evaluations using the Free Conversation style this summer, and have encountered an issue with the Skills Feedback section that I'm curious if anyone else has solved or found a workaround.
Since the direct manager is not always the "Reviewer", and more to the point, we've had a number of management changes recently resulting in a new reporting structure, so the people completing reviews used to be a person's manager but no longer are, some people completing reviews can't request feedback about their old team members, and I'm concerned that even if they work with the employee to have them request the feedback, the reviewer won't be able to see it.
Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a way to make the feedback viewable on an ad hoc basis, or at least just within the confines of a review?
