Can Bridge Advanced Video(Instilled) integrate via LTI with other LMS(e.g. Bb Learn)?

We know Instilled(BAV) supports Open LMS integration with plugin previous.(

Or does BAV provide a building block to integrate with Bb Learn?

May we know where the files of BVA are hosted? Is it possible to host in Singapore? Thanks.
