How do you contact Bridge Customer Support?
Hi guys,
How do you contact Bridge Customer support ? There website is attractive but particularly useless when you have an issue which is not covered by their endless discussion themes or FAQs.

When needing to reach out to Support, you can see the available options for your account, based on the contract selected by the account admins, by logging in and clicking on the '?' icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the global navigation. Some accounts provide direct support to their learners and reach out to Bridge Support as needed for problems they cannot solve themselves.
Hi Andrew, Bridge support is excellent. If you have an outage, you can call the number Christina posted. Or, you can contact them from within Bridge by hovering on the small circle icon with the question mark within it. Once you go there you can chat or start a ticket. I've used the chat and called.
