"New Hire" group rule

There is a "New Hire" group rule in smart groups that can be set to yes or no. My question is what constitutes "new hire"? Hired less than 3 months? Less than 1 month? Thank you.

  Hi Jan...realize it's been a while since you asked, but I'm assuming this is a custom field that is coming over from whatever data feed you have set up. You might be able to run a repot of all the data and see what is populated in that field. If it's not helpful for you, maybe you can have that field eliminated from the feed you have set up.
