Be able to turn off notifications for individual Programs, courses, groups and live trainings. This will help us when we need to enroll users and mark them as complete or when moving enrollments around.
Currently there's already development in progress to make the notifications available to admins to toggle themselves. That should help alleviate a little bit. We are also planning to start the overhaul of notifications toward the end of the year. We'll revisit this then!
Another idea comes from Mary Judkins from Lands' End: Allow the ability to shut off at the Account level standard emails that go to all participants such as Weekly Summary and Welcome emails.

Definitely want to be able to turn off notifications for particular activities (Programs, Live Training, Courses) while I'm playing with enrollments. Example, a Live Training event kicks off, and I want to take attendance, but we have folks in the room who didn't register. So I want to register them to this one session, and mark attendance, without sending them a reminder email to come to the event they are already at.
