I want to replace the Welcome to Bridge email with a custom welcome email of my own with more information.
Company: Craft Brew Alliance
Thanks for the idea Craft Brew! We plan on starting an overhaul of notifications later this year. We'll revisit this when we get a little closer to that timeframe! We'd love to collect a lot of research around this to provide a much better experience.
Here's a great idea from Vera: "We need to be able to edit the notifications in Bridge. Specifically we need to be able to edit the Welcome Notification. For our locations, their password is set and never needs to be changed. The notification directs them to set their password which is creating confusion for our associates and is adding extra work from our admins. The ability to edit this notification would help us tremendously."
Jen Barchers had the idea: "
At this time, managers receive emails containing a list of courses and the number of learners overdue. While this does spark interest, the manager has to then conduct a lot of research in order to take action. Ideally, the manager would receive emails at interval times (see below) AND a weekly summary containing information per person, not course.
Also, employees receive a weekly status update. Ideally, they would receive an email at specific intervals such as :
Follett has an external use case for Bridge and when client facing, they need all notification messaging to reflect their organizations look/feel
This would be a great feature for my org. We have a specific voice we want to embody in all our communications, so being able to customize these would be a huge win.
We recently had an entire employee base in a sub-account report their welcome emails as phishing attempts. Keep in mind, these are customized with their company name, logo, colors, etc. The message is inviting them to a platform, rather than inviting them to take training. A general end user does not care about the platform they have to go to in order to take their compliance training, they just need to know what training they have to take and how to get there. Being able to customize the message would go a long way in helping with this.Additionally, each account/sub-account can set their own password requirements. Unfortunately, the Bridge login screen does not communicate those requirements to end users up front or when they fail to set an acceptable password. We would like to be able to add these requirements to the email until that feature is rolled out. Holly Fuemmeler Elise Blas
