At our company, often we must have supervisors sign off on training material and courses before they can be deployed to employees. With their busy schedules, there is not always time to sit down and walk them through the training or expect them to sit down and click through the course or program. In this situation, it would be very beneficial to download the course or program into a PDF (similar to downloading a PowerPoint presentation as a PDF) that can be printed and handed out to supervisors to review when they are available. This feature would also assist in the revision of courses as it would allow reviewers to mark necessary changes down on paper, which can be referred back to when editing the course. Printing out a hard copy of these courses would also allow us to archive the material, enabling us to recreate the course in the event it was deleted or lost online. Finally, it may beneficial for learners to print out courses in order to save material they may be interested in referencing or reviewing in the future.
