Our company currently has all of our conference rooms set up as "rooms" in google calendar. It would be great if we could add the room to a session and have it "schedule" the room in google calendars.
For example, I need Conference Room A for Session II of a training. I can put Conference Room A's google address in the Location field of the Session Information. When I submit, it will look at the google calendar and actually schedule of block out the time for the training in google.
