As an author, I should be able to mark attendance for each session separately for a multi-part session. If a user only attends one session out of three, we do not consider this as complete. We track each session separately.
This is essential to what my department does. We have multiple day programs that require 100% attendance.
This is great feedback. I'd love to hear more about how you are currently tracking attendance for sessions where you require 100% attendance. Do people need to sign in? Is just being marked as present by the instructor enough of a record? Do you have to save / present any evidence of people having attended?
Because the UX behind requiring registration in Bridge is so poor and there is no direct integration with our webinar service, we only require registration through Bridge.
We then record attendance through the instructor marking attendance. Our customers are very interested in what training has been completed and we also require that certain courses be completed for certification. While a majority of these classes are also offered as text/video-based courses, we also require some training that is only offered through multi-session live courses. The requirement is not met unless all three of those sessions are attended.
