My organization uses Skype for Business across the enterprise and most of us who facilitate remote sessions use it for that purpose. However, it's not listed among the Web Conference providers in the drop down menu for creating Live Training sessions in Bridge, so it appears as "Other" to users. My user population has a great many people in it with extremely short attention spans, so if something isn't right in their faces, they'll miss it. Having Skype more clearly delineated would help a great deal.
