Be able to reset learners in Programs
This will enable sales/marketing to demonstrate their "Programs" without having to enroll multiple email addresses or new learners.
This can increase sales without having to add extra workload to your group.
Just saw this! Think it may be similar to what we are looking for in our sub-accounts with clients that are renewing their content year-over-year. There is not an easy way to reset learners in a program - there are several steps we have to go through in order to execute on this type of request. Holly Fuemmeler Elise Blas
Thank you for bringing your scenario. I have also encountered the same scenario you described above. We had to go to each of the course and click all of the following under: more setting/expire/auto enroll. It is time consuming because we have to do it for each of the course in the Program. The problem then is that not everyone should be included in the next year auto enrollment because they were either fired or changed position. It then requires more people to monitor the "Program".
I agree that having a button to click to enable resetting of learners would provide one less task to do for managers. For our company, when we are showing a Program to the President of a company, they do not want to take the course themselves for viewing, they prefer we put it up on the big screen and navigate for them. The problem we encountered is when there's multiple people to present to at multiple times, then I have to use different email addresses as learners. We then end up using a lot of "user seats" that are not real learners.
Hope we have more people experiencing the same scenario and can provide an improved solution.
