When assigning multiple programs to learners, the learner can become overwhelmed and confused as to what they should work on first. E.g. When we hire a new employee, they are auto assigned a Safety Orientation Program with courses that have due dates of one day to ensure they get all the training they need within the first week. They also get assigned an Ongoing Safety Training Program with the some of same courses because they need to be taken annually for compliance.
Sometimes the new employee gets confused as to which program they should work on first.
We need to be able to delay the assignment of a program, or control the order that the programs are assigned to ensure continuity.
