At an admin level, or as a permission that can be assigned to any role, it would be great to have the ability to re-assign a checkpoint.
Should a learner have a checkpoint that needs approval and their manager leaves the organization, the old/existing approvals are not moved to the new manager. It would be great if those approvals could be reassigned to the new manager for approval.
In our specific case, we are using the checkpoints to start a dialogue and without the current manager seeing the information that dialogue will not occur. Our checkpoints often prompt action, or require evidence. In which case the new manager would also need that evidence to make sure the learner is following through on their tasks/activities.
I am not sure where the button should go, in line with the approval options, or in the top right. However, it would help so managers and leaders can stay on track with their learners.
