We are starting to deploy standardized weekly in-person training that will be delivered by management at each location. This will be tracked via Checkpoints. Team members will be enrolled into the Checkpoints. Once the training has been reviewed with each employee, they will request approval. This allows managers to track accountability for different training topics.
As of right now, checkpoints do not show on the overdue learners report. This would be a great help to see who has not requested approval and who has not completed the checkpoint by the due date.
