I LOVE the Deep Dive page. It tells me many amazing and interesting things. One thing it does not tell me without some finagling is how an entire reporting chain is doing. I can find this information out using smart groups, but it would be nice if there was a way to see the whole reporting chain rather than just a person's direct reports.
Here's our use case:
We have an Area Director (AD) who supervises 8-9 Regional Directors (RDs) who supervise 8-9 Team Directors (TDs) who supervise 3 field staff each. The requirements for RDs are pretty limited, but the requirements for TDs and field staff are much more robust. Mostly, I want to see how the TDs and fieldstaff in a given Area are doing. Again, this can be accomplished through Smart Groups, but it would be nice to see it in the "teams" section too.
