We use Live Training to record external training done by our staff. Some of these training require re-certification after a period of time (e.g. first aid training) which is where the auto enrolment feature of live training is really helpful. Ideally, the learners who would receive the notification that a re-certification is due soon will act on it accordingly. In the real world however, this is not always the case. It would be great to have an option to turn-on notification for managers when a re-enrolment is due soon so that they can 1.arrange for the external training as required and/or 2. give an extra push or reminder to staff.
