This is a series of suggestions related to certificate. Suggestion #3:
It will be very helpful for learners to have a place that lists all certificates they have owned, instead of blending the certificate courses/program into all the rest.
This would be a nice feature. I think the My Learning page in general tends to look a little messy. Part of it has to do with the category titles (Needs your attention, Completed, etc.) not quite separating out the different courses enough so that when the eye first sees the page, it knows there are different groupings and not just a long list of courses.
But I always have to direct people to where they can view their certificate because I worry they won't easily find it. So adding a "certificates completed" section would help.
Similar to my response on Improving Certificates #2, there is a list of URLs to certificates in the reports. If there is more that you would like to see feel free to add it to this idea's description. Also let me know if I have misunderstood anything. Thanks for taking the time to let us know how things are going for you with Bridge!
I was more so talking about it from the learner side. So a regular user, who has no access to reports or anything of that nature, can pull up their My Learning page, and easily view and access all of the certificates they've attained through programs that provide them. Currently, if a program or course has a certificate, it's thrown in the pile of completed courses that don't have certificates attached to them. If this is not what Weiwei was originally talking about, sorry to steer this idea off-topic!:)
Yes Ashley, I was mostly thinking about the learners too for this particular idea. Thank you for checking!
