It would be great to have a comment box/ add note to goals in the agenda so that managers and individuals can keep track of progress for a goal. Also an opportunity for individuals to note if they are extending due dates and reason for that.

Hi Kay. I have been using Bridge Perform Goals for myself and what I have been doing is adding sub-tasks within the goals to track progress and relevant information. Would this work for the use-case you described or is there something specific about comments/notes that would work better than Tasks?

Yes that is a work around,however it does not make sense to add a note as a sub task for our population. Our managers are use to keeping track of goals with commentary, essentially if the goal was placed on hold being able to note why or if it is a goal that an individual is struggling with they can make a notation in discussion. Managers have also indicated that if they complete the goal they would like to state how the individual did on that goal with a note so that they can reference back. Essentially it is a note that is associated directly to a goal and having the ability to pull the notes to a performance conversation is important. I would envision the note to be similar to the add note in the Agenda items
