Admins should have the ability to remove a learner from a program instead of reaching out to Bridge Support for assistance. That way the admin has full control of their learners. The Remove via CSV link appears in the Programs listing and you can 'run' the removal , it shows as being removed but nothing happens. This causes confusion from the learner's perspective as well as their manager having to reach out to me, the admin who then has to reach out to Bridge Support for assistance. Nothing wrong with that process, but if the admin can do it themselves, that saves Bridge Support from needless assisting someone who has the capability. Sorry if I sound long-winded.
