We are currently working on our onboarding process. Since it is a process with a duration of about 6 to 8 months it would be very helpful for the new employee if we could display the different activities on the timeline. Not only the goals but also the other learning activities that are planned for the new employee.
You could make a separate timeline for the onboarding and introduction of new managers. It would be very helpful for them and HR to get an overview of the time and path needed to become fully working in the new position.
