We would like to have the option for Survey questions in courses
Hey albina smalko Welcome to the Community! I'm glad you are finding relevant resources and thank you for taking the time to create a feature idea. I am glad to see that you already found this idea, https://community.bridgeapp.com/ideas/1068. Does that idea describe the same or similar functionailty as this idea? If so, we should keep the conversation and voting unified under a single idea.
If there is a difference between this idea and the other one, can you explain further to help me understand them so I process this idea correctly? Also, just to cover all the bases, I did want to make sure to mention that open-ended questions can be added to courses currently and this is a method that course authors currently use to collect feedback about courses and course content.
Thanks for being a part of the Community! I am going to place this idea in moderation until you have a chance to respond.
Hey Adam, this is slightly different thathttps://community.bridgeapp.com/ideas/1068. .
We would like to be able to have statics on survey questions that are linked to an individual.
Moreover, a short answer question wouldn't fill our needs as you can simply leave them unanswered and go to the next page. And even when filled out, the answers are not necessarily insightful information.
Survey questions would allow for us to have targeted responses.
Alternatively, https://community.bridgeapp.com/ideas/1068. would work if we would be able to turn on and off the anonymity on the survey questions.
Thanks albina, this additional information is very helpful! If I am understanding correctly, you would like to have the same question types as Surveys as options within courses, and those questions would be required and not-anonymous. Did I get that right?
Yes that would be incredibly helpful
We recently encountered this need as well. Because we do not have an option at the end of the course to "rate" the course, we included three quiz questions
1) We'd love to hear from you! Did you find this course helpful? (Multiple choice)
Correct answer is Yes: if they selected this the Learner feedback is -
We're glad you found this course helpful! Can you let us know what specifically you found helpful on the next question?
If they Answered No: the Learner feedback is -
We're sorry you did not find this course helpful. We'd like to know more about what we can do to improve your experience. Please share your candid feedback in the next question.
2) Short Answer:
Can you please provide specifics on what was particularly helpful? If this was NOT helpful, can you please let us know why?
3) Short Answer:
Please provide a brief example of how you can apply what you've learned in this course to your existing role.
Ideally, we would like a thumbs up/down and survey option at the end of each coyurse to help us understand our audience's needs
Thanks Maria for sharing how you are approaching this currently. That is very helpful!
