The "All Others" tag has been confusing for our learners. The ability to customize it to "General Library" or something similar would help with navigation.
Jeff, have you checked with your Bridge admins to see if that is a tag they created? I do not think this is a standard part of Bridge.
Jeff, I agree that this category can be confusing, especially if there aren't any other categories in the Learning Library. If there are other categories, it makes a little more sense.
As far as I know, there isn't a way to customize that label, however, you could work around it pretty easily by creating a category called "General Library" and ensure that if a course doesn't have another category it belongs to, then be sure to at least assign it the "General Library" category.
If every course has a category that it's assigned to, then the "All Others" category should go away.
Let me know if you need any help with category creation or getting your content into categories easier than going into each course one at a time. There are ways you could probably shortcut that and make quicker work out of it.
Thank you Joshua Pope for helping clarify that this is related to categories. Jeff this idea is open for voting.
