My idea is to have a Document Library within our Bridge environment that we can assigner to our customers. Currently if we need to get a document out to our clients we attach it to a course shell. Some of our shells only have a document in them. It would be great not to use up a course shell for things like user guides, and process steps.
In addition we could use it to give our users access to our monthly release lists, newsletters, announcements, etc. We currently send this information in emails, or social media posts but it would be great to have it all in one place.
