As you know,  all learners are sent a Welcome! Learning awaits notification email to receive their set password token. We have experienced a large number of these notifications going into our customer's Junk/Spam folders. We actually send out a message to our customers when we enroll to check their Junk or Spam folders if they do not see their enrollment notification.  We might have found an answer to why!  The "Welcome!" subject line trips spam filter to route the email to the junk folder because of the exclamation point used in the subject line.

According to the articles referenced below exclamation points in the subject line are one of the top reasons why emails are routed to the Spam and Junk folder or blocked completely.

I would like to propose a change to the wording of the subject line.  One option could be:

    Welcome, Learning Awaits

In the comments, people can leave their ideas for a non-spam subject line.
