We'd love to see the ability to report on the different types of 1on1s that our staff are engaging in:
- Performance Conversations
- Peer to peer check-ins
This would help us see not only who is participating in 1on1s, but also the types of meetings they are having to help us inform the employee experience, address retention and Perform utilization. We can see if a manager is conducting check-ins but maybe not performance conversations.
