It would be great if admins could create a set 1on1 meeting type outside of the check-ins and performance conversations. For example, we'd be interested in creating a 30/60/90 3-meeting series that managers would have with all new employees. As an admin, I'd like to be able to create an agenda template that a manager can add to for each of the 3 meetings. This would help us streamline the 30/60/90 experience and give managers a template to work within. The cherry on top would be the ability to report on the engagement with each of those meeting types too.
