We would love to have the skills assessment commentary pull into Performance Conversations, not only the slider or overall "rating" or mastery level.
To add to this, the time that an assessment is created should not influence a manager's ability to add it to a Performance Conversation. Currently, if the manager begins creating the agenda and adding items and then decides that they need to do an assessment, that assessment cannot be brought into that Performance Conversation. The assessment has to be created BEFORE the agenda is created.
I work on the agenda for a Performance Conversation for several days before the actual meeting. Because I meet with my employees at least once a week, there is a lot of documentation to review before I decide which things warrant discussion during the performance review. Sometimes I've been planning (in the Performance Convo agenda) for a bit before I decide to do an assessment. Currently, I have to know exactly which assessments I want to do before I begin working on the agenda or I can't pull in the results.
