As we have created team and individual goals, we are trying to align them to corporate goals, but there are times when our individual or team goals align with more than one of the corporate goals. We would like the ability to align the lower level goals (individual or team) to more than one of the goals that provides the foundation for that goal (team or corporate).
Here's an example.
My team has a goal to establish a real-time performance monitoring system to encourage increased communication between managers and employees. We would like to align this goal to the corporate goal related to succession planning as well as the goal related to employee fulfillment, but we can currently only align it to one of those.
